Order shipment

Your order will be shipped via Colissimo or Mondial Relay depending on your choice at the time of ordering.

DURING THE HOLIDAYS, THE RETURN PERIOD IS EXTENDED UNTIL JANUARY 7, 2026

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Returns of certain types of merchandise are not permitted. For example, gift cards cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within a few days.

 

Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the official posting of your refund.

Next, contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.

Sale items or items on promotion

Only items at full price are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items that were originally defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at marie@madamenature.com and send your item to: 74A rue Lecourbe, 75015 Paris, France.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift had the order sent to them with the intention of giving it to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will therefore know that you returned their gift.

 

Return shipping

To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 74A rue Lecourbe, 75015 Paris, France.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. They are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
